Egyptian Cotton
Egypt
Egyptian cotton, acknowledged as the best quality, longest-staple cotton in the world. Although historically it all came from Egypt, today “Egyptian” cotton is also produced in other countries. It still complies with the original Egyptian standards of quality

The long staple or long fiber of Egyptian-grown cotton means that there is more continuous fiber to use when creating threads or yarns. This yarn is smaller in diameter yet stronger than other cottons.

The hand or feel of the towels and bathrobes created from Egyptian grown cotton is a bit harder than other cottons when the towel is new. However, with every single laundering, the towels made from Egyptian fibers become softer and softer. Like a fine wine, age improves the Egyptian fiber cotton, unlike many products, you will prize your Egyptian fiber towels more and more as they age and become soft and cuddly.

Cotton grown in the Egyptian fields will also produce less lint and therefore will not pill after repeated washings as some materials may do.

Another property of Egyptian cotton that makes it high quality is its ability to absorb liquid. This ability allows it soak in dies that give the final product very vibrant color that lasts longer than some other cotton products. This makes for very absorbent products like bath towels and bathrobes which are also very soft.

Egyptian cotton is used to make a variety of high quality, durable products. If you are looking to add luxury to your cotton products, perhaps Egyptian cotton is the way to go.
Combed Cotton
Egypt
Combed cotton is an extremely soft version of cotton made by specially treating the cotton fibers before they are spun into yarn.

Once raw cotton is blended and cleaned, it is carded to remove any short staples and dirt that can cause yarn breakage in weaving. While carding will remove some 5 percent of the fibers, combing is much more thorough, removing a further 10 to 15 percent. This leaves the longest staples ready for spinning into yarn that is stronger and finer to the touch—yarn that will produce a high-quality Towel.

The texture of combed cotton is softer because it lacks short threads to stick out and prickle, and all dirt and impurities have been removed from the thread. Combed cotton is also stronger, because shorter and breakable fibers have been removed through combing. In addition, the straightened fibers lie together more tightly after combing, making combed cotton thread less likely to fray and unravel.

Care directions for combed cotton are much like those for conventional cotton. This range is very popular because of its luxurious feel and relative affordability.
Carded Cotton
Egypt
Carded cotton is cotton which has been prepared for spinning into thread or yarn. Carding is an important step in the processing of many textiles, ensuring that debris is removed while aligning the fibers to make them easier to spin. Without carding, cotton thread would be coarse and extremely fragile.

Cotton is strung out across one brush, and then the other brush is gently run over the first, pulling the fibers into chunks which are aligned in the same direction, while also removing very short fibers, vegetable material, and other impurities which could have a negative impact on the thread spun from the cotton.

We use only the best carded yarn to make our terry products and the extra care we use in our finishing process ensures that these are the top commercial products out of Pakistan.
Bamboo Fiber
Egypt
Bamboo fabric is a natural textile made from the pulp of the bamboo plant. Bamboo towels have been growing in popularity because they have many unique properties and are more sustainable than most textile fibers. Bamboo fabric is light and strong, has excellent wicking properties, and is to some extent antibacterial. The use of bamboo fiber for towelling was a 20th century development.

Bamboo towels and bathrobes are very soft. Many people who experience allergic reactions to other natural fibers do not complain of this issue with bamboo. The fiber is naturally smooth and round without chemical treatment, meaning that there are no sharp spurs to irritate the skin.

Bamboo fabric is favored by companies trying to use sustainable textiles, because the bamboo plant is very quick growing and does not usually require the use of pesticides and herbicides to thrive. As a result, plantations can easily be kept organic and
replanted yearly to replenish stocks.

Bamboo is highly water absorbent, able to take up three times its weight in water. In bamboo fabric, this translates to an excellent wicking ability that will pull moisture away from the skin so that it can evaporate.

Bamboo also has many antibacterial qualities, which bamboo fabric is apparently able to retain, even through multiple washings. This helps to reduce bacteria that thrive on clothing and cause unpleasant odors. It can also kill odor causing bacteria that live on human skin.

We currently manufacture products that range from (80% Bamboo/ 20% Cotton) to (35% Bamboo/ 65% Cotton).
